Rocky Jakks Series - Prototypes Question

Anyone still collect the Rocky Jakks series? Was wondering if anyone can confirm if a Drago in red singlet training gear (with white boots and black training gloves) was an actual prototype made by Jakks and not a custom design by collectors? I’ve seen a pic of this figure in a fan collection and read threads on this message board from years ago that seem to imply this was an actual prototype made by Jakks (along with Sico The Robot prototype and Clubber Lang blue trunks prototype). Can anyone confirm this?

Also, if anyone in the NY area has a Rocky Statue 1/50 prototype in the baggie and looking to sell it, please let me know! Thanks.
