I don't understand how they keep making yoko figs when he's not really a sumo much less Japanese but there were issues with Strongbow. 🤷♂️ Donatello voice: He's right!

I had the opportunity to spend the day with Gangrel a couple years back..... Let's just say...... there might be some legal reasons that WWE isn't interested at this time. I have a story. That's all I can say. Share your story with us 😀 I'm also jealous you got to hangout with Victoria. She's my favorite female wrestler.

Gangrel would be awesome to add with the Brood Hardy Boyz or Edge and Christian. I'd buy an Elite.

CJS was before my time and I have no dog in the fight but I think it was unnecessary to cancel him.
I've said it before and I'll say it again..
The figure was pitched and approved. Announced and preview shown. Mass manufactured and shipped. Made it through every checks and balance until a few people made a stink about it. It is what it is but no one had an issue with that figure until it got canceled and some defended the decision.

Would love a Gangrel (with ring of fire accessory please), he was a really unique character, and kids would definetely think the vampire guy looks cool, so it would sell plenty IMO.
Not sure what the holdup is, but I believe the man himself (Dave Heath) now legally owns the name, so that's one previous issue crossed off at least.

Haven’t seen a comment so inaccurate or illogical in a long time. ok then that just means you don’t know what I’m referencing And what he's referencing is the comment made by WWE to Edge wanting to bring Gangrel in. Edge wanted Gangrel for his entrance and WWE responded "No one remembers Gangrel". Sometimes (most of the time) WWE is way too inside their own bubble.

wait who are we talking about again The answer is Ali. Always Ali. Can't wait until Tyson is made and finally dethrones Ali as being the most successful figure in Mattel's 14 years of the license.

Chella Toys, then Epic Toys had a Mattel-scale ECW RVD figure in early stages of production, with customiser CMW actually putting together the proto for them. But it got cancelled because of RVD signing a WWE Legends deal and thus opened the gates for Mattel. The Steiners just had those retro-like figures released, even after the Mattel elites of their later runs. So although Gangrel may be off limits for whatever reason, even if some talent sign deals elsewhere it doesn't mean they can't all of a sudden sign deals with Mattel and be made. Regarding that proto though - I seriously hope there's bicep swivels and ball jointed hips. Otherwise it would be a bit disappointing to have "almost" full elite articulation (up to series 90) but no bicep swivel and only up/down movement for the hips.

The early RVD was from his Living Dangerously match with Jerry Lynn too. It's my most wanted RVD attire that I know Mattel will never touch. It's heartbreaking it didn't come out.

Mattel elite badly needed screw all these far inferior ones being made by other companies. Wasn't Gangrel still under a wwe contract for many years with plans to use him in the resurected ECW which never happened?. Vince didn't know what the hell he was doing!. Shame....

I doubt it. It would make a cool looking figure, not something I'd particularly would want but WWE doesn't seem to be too keen on Gangrel.

Would love to see one. If anything maybe we’ll get AEW one if they’re able to make one. I would just prefer a Mattel one though. I remember at first the issue with him was his name, then him being involved in adult like films. That logic doesn’t make sense considering some of the figures of people who have been involved in that industry. Guess, we’ll never know.
