Gangrel has seemingly long been blacklisted from wwe for some reason. The name Gangrel was seemingly off limits and listed in Encyclopedias and maybe elsewhere as David Heath. I know the name was owned by some other property. When Edge was doing his Brood throwback around wrestlemania 39, there was a rumored Gangrel appearance that didn't happen.
Now Gangrel showed up in AEW and they immediately called him Gangrel and even used the Brood name. Puzzling.
Is there any chance Gangrel will get a Mattel figure? Such a popular act in the early Attitude Era and Ministry of Darkness. Would be great to fill in that spot and I think would be an eye catching figure that would sell. Thoughts?

I will say I doubt it. Didn't he direct a bunch of uh... Val Venis'esque movies? I doubt Mattel vibes with that.

I will say I doubt it. Didn't he direct a bunch of uh... Val Venis'esque movies? I doubt Mattel vibes with that. I don’t think that’s an issue. We got Chyna and Waltman figs and both of them have dabbled in the industry. They made a Godfather figure too and his whole character glorified human trafficking. |

Never say never but I don’t see it happening with everyone he’s been associated with in WWF working for other companies. Edge tried to bring him back and was told no.

However, cultural appropriation of the indigenous people of this country is a huge hot button issue. That being said, what does that have to do with Gangrel getting figs? |

I don't think wwe is interested in him at all. During brood edge..edge wanted to bring gangrel in to help him but wwe said no. Edge finally got his wish with aew.

Easy now...I went to a backyard match that he appeared in last year and I bet there were at least 75 people there. He was so excited to see me marking out that we pretty much became best friends and did all of the fangin and bangin.  |
