Scott Hall/Razor Ramon is such a great performer, one of those guys who never needed the world title to be over. He made the Intercontinental title seem so important when he was fighting over it. I always liked his in ring work and he was a great character too, plus he had one of the most awesome chokeslams ever! he was a guy whose punches and kicks always looked like they actually connected.
Lex Luger is my other choice, I was a fan of most of the stuff that Lex did during his career, even if he was made to look like a chump by the Million Dollar Corporation.
