This fun little bit of trivia just came to mind and it's something I have never thought of before.
Both Mr. Perfect and Yokozuna lost the same championship at the same PPV two years in a row.
Mr. Perfect lost the Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam 90 to Texas Tornado and then to Bret Hart at SummerSlam 91.
Yokozuna lost the WWF Championship to Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania IX and then Bret Hart at WrestleMania X the following year.
The fact Bret Hart took each guys second title makes this bit of trivia even more fun.
Has any other wrestler lost a championship at back to back annual PPVs
