I think about this all of the time. A certain California influencer makes it look like they’re from the pegs but they’re definitely not. “influencer” that guy has been rumored to be a swapper I see you saw through my sarcasm. I’m aware.

Finally got my car issues straightened out & needed a Walmart run (for supplies, I didn't expect to find figures). I was right. Never saw MNW Series 2 or 3 around here. I can always tell where the WWE section is when I see the big empty space.] That Duke, Quick-Kick and Big Boa are awesome figures BTW. THe other two Retro cards are Recondo and Scarlett, and they are awesome too. Maybe I should stop collecting WWE and just do G.I. Joe. Those pegs almost always seem to be full. I honestly think - even if these Monday Night Wars come flooding into Walmarts later this summer - it doesn't make up for allowing the shelves to sit empty like this SINCE the April reset. We were told by Steve "we heard you" and improvements were coming. And it actually got worse.

Unless there's a big stock of these at Walmart, or they pop up somewhere else, the Blue Harlem Heat are going to be the rarest Elites of all, barring possibly the original Harley Race flashback wave*. *not counting like 1/5 Warriors etc. My biggest fear is getting one in black and the other in blue (assuming Walmart ships my order) and then never finding them again. Not sure why Mattel did a chase tag team for a Walmart exclusive until they had a proven track record of actually stocking their exclusives. Should keep the chase to Target and avoid doing it for tag teams. Also, missed an opportunity for Sherri to be the BAF for the set (unless her contract lapsed when the set was planned - she is just being added to the 2K game). My guess is since series 3 isn't supposed to be a "brick & mortar exclusive" (I swear I saw somewhere), you offer chase versions to get hardcore collectors into stores. Same strategy as the legends line I assume, since you can sit at home and order every figure realistically and never step foot in the store. I probably won't bother with the chases in this line unless we actually get stuff in the stores. Feels like taking a successful line/distribution model (Target) and having morons implement it (Walmart) does not achieve the desired outcome of figures in collector's hands, but we've beat that to death in this thread. I'm still fascinated that the UEs are getting out quicker than the main elites at this point. More interested as to who gets those spots at this point.

That would be great if the stores actually STOCKED them.
