I was there live for this one. You are right. You can feel all these emotions during the match, like you said, especially with Roddy wanting to break the rules. LOL I was yelling for him to waffle Bret with the chair! Oh and the icing on the cake was Heenan's commentary during Piper's struggle. When he picks up the bell, going on how he was wrong about him, praising Piper. Then the classic line, 'you know the old saying, what the hell, use the bell.' Then as soon as Piper choses to not use it, Heenan instantly turns on him again. LOL that was very funny! and I miswrote, it was the ring bell, not a chair! |

WM5: Hogan vs Savage preceded by bullet points from Savages heel turn.
Still satisfies to this day when Hogan drills Savage with the leg drop for the W 👏👏👏👏
