I used to collect A LOT more, but since getting married and having a daughter, sold off a large amount and consolidated my collection into 1 small home office. I’ve narrowed it to my 3 biggest childhood nostalgia loves: 80’s WWF, Star Wars (mostly original trilogy), and Marvel (mostly X-Men). Other than the occasional item here and there from Star Wars and Marvel, they may be close to complete. I’m still collecting Big Rubber Guys, Coliseum Collection, and select WWE Legends figures. Note that my Steamboat and DiBiase Elite figs are in “placeholder” positions, awaiting their CC figs to replace them.

Sideshow definitely went bonkers. There's a new Obi-Wan PF with a $725 price tag that made my head spin. I was big into 1/6 for quite a while, but SS/Hot Toys have gone crazy with that scale too. |

Thanks, Buddy! I’m a big Sideshow fan, but their prices have raised WAY too much! Sideshow definitely went bonkers. There's a new Obi-Wan PF with a $725 price tag that made my head spin. I was big into 1/6 for quite a while, but SS/Hot Toys have gone crazy with that scale too. Yeah, their prices pretty much doubled from just a handful of years ago. |
