Seems Kevin( the only one alive) has aligned with AEW for the past 5 years since his sons work there so maybe we'll get one of him there soon..so him signing seems unlikely ...
How cool would a Von Erich 3 or 4 pack be ?
The dad Fritz was a 6 time nwa champion, the talll goofing David was on his way to being a star feuding with Flair before his desth..
Yet we only have 2 Mattel Von Erich figures...
Countless others we all wonder this to, Mattel wants them but WWE doesn't or just doesn't care(guys that aren't part of the head injury lawsuit that is )..who's making that call is in WWE
Matt and Brian (Zack Ryder,Brian Meyers from Majorwrestling ) basically said they'd take any legends deal from WWE just to get more toys made..there's money to be made there just weird WWE doesn't on probably 30-40% of its talent all time with Legends deals

At one point Kerry/Kevin were listed for a HOF 2-pack, and then Kerry was moved to the HOC line. Production samples are out there in his SS91 attire. The figure was never released, and they haven't been under a deal in some time.
Bill has strongly implied that wrestlers who died by suicide were unlikely due to Mattel's corporate values, so that could be an issue even if they were under a deal again.

I highly doubt suicide is where Mattel draws the line considering they’ve made figures of domestic abusers, dead beat dads, drug addicts, adult film stars, racists, alleged sexual predators, homophobes, transphobes, etc. |

I think this is something that a lot of people overlook. whos to say that WWE hasn't reached out to a lot of these guys and they've just said no. People move on in life, some of these talents have moved on from the ring. I'd love figs of all of them but if they don't want to sign a deal...that's their business. |

Under their current contract, Mattel CANNOT do the thing outside the purview of WWE. And I don't really see any reversal in policy to be had. |

Again, it’s not hard to understand, if Mattel didn’t wanna make figures because of allegations, past mistakes, dumb decisions etc, then you wouldn’t see 99% of people from the 80s,90s and early 2000s. |
