Jigsaw is about the last person I expected. he really doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense, either. Evans, gangsta. Ruckus, gangsta. Smokes, gangsta. Jigsaw, walking puzzle?

Tornado would of been just insane. Jigsaw just doesn't fit in with the others in my opinion.

I never though Tornado. He's mostly a west coast wrestler so it doesn't make too much sense.
I was hoping for Eddie Kingston or Mike Quackenbush myself. Just cuz Quack would be hilarious in the group.
I think Jigsaw fits; he has good technical prowess AND can fly. And we all know Jack is the Aerial Emperor and Ruckus is just nuts. He'll fit in well.

I'm really surprised that it's Jigsaw tbh. While I like him, I was really hoping for Kingston, just to add some strength and power to the group.

The oddest...I was not expecting Jigsaw of all people to be chosen because as already mentioned he doesn't exactly fit in with the rest of the group...hopefully they don't try turning Jigsaw into some gangster by having him come out with bandannas over his mask or something along those lines.

I do like Jigsaw's work but he's an awful choice. Kingston, B-Boy, Tornado, Reefer & Deranged all would of made more sense.
Kingston would of played the perfect enforcer role and I'd love to see him tie it up in ROH with Strong, Richards & Romero.
B-Boy also would of fit the enforcer role and I wouldn't mind seeing him tie it up with any members of the NRC. Sure he might be retiring but a spot in ROH might stop that.
Human Tornado obviously makes sense and everyone wants him in ROH.
Grim Reefer would fit really well. While some people don't like his work he would fit very well in the stable as he's managed by Smoke's in other places.
Deranged would fit because he's good friends with Jack Evans and kinda has that gangster feel to him. Some people like his work, some people don't but he would make sense.
Jigsaw is just an awful choice.

Very lame, imo.
I like the fact they wanna utilize Jig, but come on, they must have really closed some openings prior to that decision.
That or they figured it'd be as surprising as it is, which is not great for Jack, as he needed some stability in the stable. This is a weak choice to me when comparing with the NRC and AOTF.

Jigsaw's in ring ability would work well with Ruckus and Evans. However, the character really doesnt fit well at all. I have met Jig many a times and Jig is very mild mannered. I cant really seem him come off as cocky. Time will tell. But Sabian or Tornado would be so much better characterwise. I think ROH could have used Jigsaw in a different capacity.

I do like Jigsaw's work but he's an awful choice. Kingston, B-Boy, Tornado, Reefer & Deranged all would of made more sense. The group is about flyers, hence the Vulture Squad name. King and B-Boy aren't flyers. Reefer sucks ass, and Gabe knows it. Tornado would have worked fine, but he's on the west coast and is better suited for a singles role. Of all people to name, Deranged sucks the worst. Plus he and Jack had a fist fight after the Philly show where Deranged showed up on drugs and screwed their match up. Kingston would of played the perfect enforcer role and I'd love to see him tie it up in ROH with Strong, Richards & Romero. King is a fine wrestler, but why stick him with a ton of other dudes when he can get over by himself? To many people though Jack's crew would be a Rottweiler/BLK Out rip off. B-Boy also would of fit the enforcer role and I wouldn't mind seeing him tie it up with any members of the NRC. Sure he might be retiring but a spot in ROH might stop that. He's retiring due to injury and illness as well as another issue that's better left unsaid. Nothing will stop that. Human Tornado obviously makes sense and everyone wants him in ROH. Why put him in Jack's group as a 3rd fiddle when he could be featured by himself? Grim Reefer would fit really well. While some people don't like his work he would fit very well in the stable as he's managed by Smoke's in other places. Jim Cornette managed in the NWA and Mid-South, and it worked well, but he managed in the WWF and it didn't work well. Just because Smokes manages a guy in one company where blowing spots is accepted, doesn't mean it will work in ROH. Deranged would fit because he's good friends with Jack Evans and kinda has that gangster feel to him. Some people like his work, some people don't but he would make sense. Show's what you know, Jack and Deranged are no longer friends. Jigsaw is just an awful choice. He's a great wrestler who flys, in his offense, he's from the Bronx, and he's able to be on shows. Plus he's got a great angle to build off of the injury he got from Stevens at the NYC show. People need to understand, especially you that in ROH the obvious will never happen, and you should think outside of the box.

Actually, Homicide and Low-Ki are trying to get B-Boy in TNA and he'd come out of retirement for that.
I don't see why he can't get a spot in ROH. I'm not his biggest fan, but he does have a loyal fanbase and gets a good pop when he does shows. His character is one I could see connecting with the PPV audience, since Homicide and Ki are gone.

Plus he and Jack had a fist fight after the Philly show where Deranged showed up on drugs and screwed their match up. See here's the thing, you never said about about Kingston, B-Boy or Tornado being bad choices before but now because Gabe didn't book them they don't fit? You will like anything Gabe throws at you. Also everyone mentioned how horrible of a choice Jigsaw was, why do you happen to pick me to start a war with? Is your life really that sad that you don't have time for anything else? Again if Gabe booked it there's no doubt you would be completely fine with it but now because he didn't it's a "bad idea". Why stick one of the most over faces like Davey Richards to play second to Roderick Strong when he was completely over on his own and was going somewhere? Now Richards is like a low mid carder when a year ago he was wrestling guys like KENTA, Aries, Joe & Cide. Plus when Roderick wasn't tagging with Aries, Davey Richards was always much higher up on the card than Strong. Whether you like Reefer's work or not I can't see how you could say that he wouldn't be a better fit. As far as blowing spots being accepted I love how you watch one show with like one match that had botches(Lethal/Az vs OCK) and can judge the whole promotion on that. If it's so bad why do you continue to get the Dvds? You don't see me buying NWS or PWU dvds because they completely suck ass. Maybe that's because I'm not a little mark who has to run on the message board and let people know the back stage scoop so that I can feel better about myself. No sites ever reported the fight so why would I know about it? Just because it isn't the obvious doesn't mean it's good.

BBoy would be a great fit in ROH. But I would rather not see him in The Vulture Squad. BBoy can get over on his own as well. Why not just let Smokes wrestle?

Yeah, my comments were in regard to B-Boy coming in on his own. He'd be awful in Jack Evan's group. Two thumbs down for Smokes wrestling though. I really haven't seen a Smokes match ever, however, he's treated as comedic relief in ROH and I just can't by into him beating anyone on the roster in a match.
