If Dynamite is the A show, Collision is more like a D- show.
I remember original first few episodes having matches like cm punk vs samoa joe, and better than you bay bay vs bullet club gold.
No wonder they can’t sell tickets, it is not worth the price of admission

I haven't watched Collision in several weeks but I thought it had improved from the massive hit it took after the Punk firing, based off what I have seen. The first couple months of Collision was the best television wrestling in a very long time.

Honestly I haven’t seen a single episode of it. I always forget it’s on until it almost over. Maybe one day I will remember to set the DVR.

Just throw the whole thing in the bin If it's one thing we can't rag on WWE for, is that if we go to their weekly show we know who will be on it. Unlike AEW, I have refused going to Collisions due to not wanting to watch one-off freelancers & ROH talent (on the AEW portion) up & down the card. I want to see AEW stars, not jabrons that aren't even signed. |

they should give collision to ROH. keep the same style of programming that aew and roh are getting currently. but the main aew show, imo, should branch out in their production.
joey styles was excellent at putting a new talent over and establishing why he’s important in the wrestling world. AEW often fails at that.
new voice for the company + new production scheme for dynamite show layout and there may be turn around

I’d turn Collision into a tag team wrestling show. Build up the division. Both AEW and ROH tag teams. Pair people with no direction together.

A unique sound. Just dear God not joey styles. I'd be down for your idea, but I'd add in folks like Miro, and other people who just can't catch tv time to save their lives. Plus it's no secret that I absolutely hate women's wrestling. It's generally trash, but for what  ing reason is Athena stuck in roh hell instead of on tv weekly. |

I've heard unfavorable comparisons to (1999 onwards)WCW Thunder from fans of both WCW & AEW so yeah...thats not good.

Yeah, it's a waste of time. If they aren't going to do a roster split and make Collision into its own real wrestling brand, they might as well not even have it.

It was CM Punk's baby. As soon as he left, it lost a lot of its creative direction and purpose. For his entire Collision run there was week to week stories and an identity to the show and we know it's because Punk had a lot of creative input on it. It's become just another AEW show now and I don't think there's much they can do to change that unless they make it another wrestler's brainchild and they choose to give it a unique identity and purpose.
