Thinking of the Frankenstein story and how he was put together using different body parts (and with Halloween season coming up) For us WWE Mattel collectors:
What's your favorite custom or kitbash in your collection? (Like a figure you swapped molds or head scans)
Also, are there any collectors on here who put head scans on different wrestling bodies for fun? Like a Rey Mysterio head on a Kane body 🤷♂️ lol (That was just a funny image in my head)

Don't have pictures as I threw it away years ago, but when I was like 12 I ruined my E17 Zack Ryder by painting his legs and hair black and his boots red. Looked terrible, never even played with it. Really wished I still had the original figure, but live and learn I guess

My favorite kit bash in my collection is definitely making an Ultimate WCW era Giant/Big Show from the Battle Pack head (with Flair) and the Ultimate Andre the Giant body. Just and easy head swap and it's near perfect, it's just missing hair.

My favorite kit bash in my collection is definitely making an Ultimate WCW era Giant/Big Show from the Battle Pack head (with Flair) and the Ultimate Andre the Giant body. Just and easy head swap and it's near perfect, it's just missing hair. Thats what i did too |

I’ve mixed parts from other lines with Mattel Mattel Cena head on McFarlane Peacemaker body:   NECA Casey and April on Nada and Ronda  ML Venom head and hands on Balor  And probably my favorite at the moment is Bobby The Krang Heenan  Oh and TJP head and Orton gloves along with a custom shirt on Jazzwares Hook to make Little Mac  |

Maybe 69% of my figures are kitbashes depicting territory wrestlers and original wrestlers I’ve written😅😅😅
I think I bought half the legends Bobby Heenans they made in the singlet to make a ton of smaller, less muscular looking guys😂

 This is the closest I think I have to a straight up kitbash. I used 4 different KO figures to make this one. The upper legs came from from Elite 53, the boots came from I believe an Elite 43, The head comes from Elite 80, and the torso and arms are from Elite 101. I did some paint work on the head, and gave him a custom shirt. Everything else involves far more work than this ETA: Should mention when I say "All the rest involve more work" I mainly mean that as a thing of "KO Figures are designed to kitbash, I swear". All KO parts are interchangable with other KO Parts. The only thing you need to worry about is the paint apps. |
