Anyone remember during the Sheild days when Reigns performed a running jump clothesline that sorta became modified to the now Superman punch? Imo the clothesline looked more impactful than this overhyped SMP. Also closed fist strikes are supposed to be outlawed in the ring.

He could bring back those moves but it might remind fans of a bad time for the company/Reigns character. It could be like The Rock still doing the Rocky Maivia crossbody. Or Austin doing the Ringmaster's Million Dollar Dream

Yes that's it. Although he did it alot better in the Sheild. I'm surprised he's used it that recently as it's no longer one of his trademark moves.

I liked that move too. And I haven't been watching closely, but I hope he still does the drive-by dropkick. I guess as character and moveset evolve, some moves get used less than others
