 It was not opened and replaced the tape seal was there! I believe this was truly a Vietnam mistake, we looked “made in Vietnam” anyone else see this mistake yet? |

I’ve actually seen the same thing with some of the Target UE Undertaker figure, two of the same heads. I have to spend a few good minutes just to make sure everything looks good before buying. Another reason I hate buying online, can’t check for inaccuracies and bad paint jobs.

It looks like the box is for The Rock and I think one of the extra heads is the same head that’s on the figure? I just looked it up and KO is supposed to have a laughing head scan on the figure.

The pic is so old I don’t know if I could find it, but I once went to a Toys R Us that had FOUR Rock basics on Alberto Del Rio cards.

If it was a swap they probably wouldn’t leave the shiny tag belts. Looks like a factory error to me

I had a MNW RVD come in a Booker T box. Luckily Walmart caught that and I got the figure I was supposed to get.
