Oh it's true...it's damn true. How this possibly happened is beyond me. Absolutely no excuse for this kind of mass screw up. I'm just glad ringside is doing the right thing and making it right....but how are they doing it I wonder??? Did they order extras of just Scott steiners to ship out to the customers who got the screw ups or are they opening up steiner packs, taking Scott out shipping him out that way...just curiousIf they opened up the Ultimate Steiner packs, they must have come across some Vaders in there and realize something is wrong. he means opening up packs to send out scotts to those who need the issue fixed ...expect a sale on rick steiners soon! |

I can confirm this happened to me too.
I already received my replacement Scott from Ringside, no complaints there. Excellent customer service.
I'm surprised that the error is this widespread and surprised they're all Rick and Vader. Seems like Ringside is going to have to break up quite a few of these sets to send out Scott.
Hopefully the factory gets the misplaced Scott Steiners out to Ringside. There's going to be a huge glut of Ricks out there unless this is fixed.

Either somebody in Vietnam loves Scott Steiner figures or is making a packet on the side selling him.
But my god what a mistake to make, the names are on the box and whoever is doing quality control must be illiterate.

This happened to me as well. Ringside have dispatched an Ultimate Scott to me, so grateful for their quick resolution. Especially shipping all the way to the UK. Absolutely wild situation!

Got my set last night. My Scott is missing the smiling head but that was my only issue. A friend of mine text me saying that he opened his set....he only received Scott no Rick. So, its a complete mess...

There are threads on this board for a store exclusive line that you can barely find in the store its exclusive to. A 6 page deep thread about Leg issues. Now a thread on an exclusive item that either has the wrong figure or only one figure in the box. What a joke...

WOW! this is one of the craziest things I've heard about in a while. I'm glad Ringside is taking care of everyone who got a messed-up set.
My Steiners are going to be delivered tomorrow. I'm a little worried now. Crossing my fingers for me and everyone else who still has this set enroute.

Well I've heard reports of Boscov's.... Ollies..... and Kohls..... However I've personally only seen The Undertaker and an Uso at Ollie's. Never seen these anywhere else. |
