So I got my ultimate steiners yesterday. The box was sealed. Didn't look tampered with. I opened it up and inside the yellow and blue box was an Ultimate rick steiner and a ultimate vader. Just wondering if anybody else had a packaging error like this with their steiners

Hey I couldn't find a thread to put this in but, as a heads up in case anyone else has it happen. Got the Steiners today in the mail. Came shipped still in full outer manufacturer's packaging from Mattel. However, on the inside? Rick Steiner VADER Ringside is making it right, holy crap they are champs, four for you Ringside, but just a heads up for anyone who is getting these in that, seeing as how I'm pretty sure these came from Mattel this way, just make sure if you get them still in full packaging, it's actually both Steiners in the box. |

I just opened my second set and it’s correct also. So both mine were correct.

I saw some people in the facebook groups had this happen to them too. And then someone tried telling me that the new factory is not actually causing any more issues than normal lol

man, ringside must be PISSED at mattel about this one. one thing for a mass release to retail stores. but for an online exclusive? that’s just not acceptable

Absolutely no excuse for this kind of mass screw up. I'm just glad ringside is doing the right thing and making it right....but how are they doing it I wonder??? Did they order extras of just Scott steiners to ship out to the customers who got the screw ups or are they opening up steiner packs, taking Scott out shipping him out that way...just curious |
