Well I haven't posted here in a while, I've been going through some stuff, just haven't had the time for WF, but I'd like to get back into it. I've been wrestling for a while now and I'm just looking for some educated opinions, just trying to get a basic idea of what some of you guys might think of my work, if you're not interested, that's totally ok, but I just figured as it seems on this side of the boards people seem a little more mature, so I figured I'd share it with you. This is professional independent wrestling, I don't or have have ever backyard wrestled.
I'm the guy in the silver and green shorts. The guy I'm working is a great great friend of mine who used to be the job guy for WWF in '93, The Raging Bull, Jr. I go by "The Reflex" Eric Dylan. Anways, check it out, shoot some comments this way, looking forward to hearing from you.
"The Reflex" Eric Dylan vs. The Raging Bull, Jr. Sumerville, MA:
Thanks a lot.
~ Eric.

Nice match man! I can say it was well paced and told a decent story. You didn't botch anything and I liked the finisher a lot. Maybe work some more moves in next time if you've got more time. Something like a DDT or if you took a powerbomb from him might be a nice touch. I'm impressed though seems like you're off to a great start.

Normally, I find this to be total crap. But I have finally seen someone with some talent.
1. Love the finisher. Unique and makes sense.
2. You need to put some more muscle mass on. Way to skinny.
3. Work the crowd. If you are a babyface, get the crowd behind you. You started out by laying on the top rope in the corner. Do more cocky babyface stuff.
4. Its tough to tell. But I think you need some better ring gear. The style works......but try getting some kickpads to go with it and try some other color combos. Red and blue look more your style.

Good match, you definitely show potential and I too love the finisher. I will say you should incorporate more moves into your offense based on the style of wrestling you want to use... if you're a submission guy, learn more submission holds, if you're a highflyer learn more aerial attacks, if you're a technical guy learn more suplexes, etc. The shorts/arm bands combo look a little too indy... the shorts are cool but try to find a look that you're comfortable with but one that sets you apart from the pack. Like Showstopper said, more muscle will do nothing but get you more noticed.

I live in Massachusetts, too and I've always wanted to become a professional wrestler when I get older (18 or so). With that being said, I've got a few questions. Is this a promotion based in Sumerville? If so, what's it called?

Thanks for all the replys so far. Ripper - Honestly, I hate that gear myself, that's not really the get up I usually wear, but due to the circumstances and ways of booking, I played the babyface part and went with my older gear, as you see. Showstopper - Thanks for the comments, I was really unsure about the finish, but I decided to use it, beleive it or not, I actually picked that up and varied it off of Buh Buh Ray Dudley. That night was the first time I pulled it off. Perillo Boy - The promotion is pretty much based out of New England in general, but lately it's been running it's shows at GoodTimes in Somerville. You can check out the website at www.nlpwrestling.com. No Limit Promotions. I'm going to see if I can get a pic on here of the usual gimmick I do, I have a feeling you guys will like it. I'd like to make it somewhat of a regular thing where you guys can check out the matches, as I see it, the more exposure, the better. Thanks again and keep them coming!

It's a free show in conjunction with Goodtimes, feel free to check it out.
