I know theres a post over in the TNA board, but Low-Ki was the only one with balls to stand up today when Dixie Carter asked who wanted their release. So I was just wondering where you guys think he will go, I am not real big into ROH (not saying I dont like it, b/c i do, I just dont get to watch it much). so I dont know if he will be going back there or if they will not be able to reach an agreement. Or if he might go back to Japan where he had started to establish a name? Or if there are bigger/better options for him?

I wouldn't hold your breath on a return to ROH. Anything can happen in wrestling but I wouldn't bet on it.

I know Low-Ki is willing to go back, he's said since day one the fired him that it was their decision and that he never left. He was over in Japan when he got fired. And I don't know how true this is, but I heard the whole thing with him not putting over Strong was exagerated and that it was Noah that wasn't wanting Ki to put over Strong because of a push they were giving him. They were also giving him more money than ROH. I don't blame Ki for asking for more money in a way, just because for some reason it is looked at like a sin to do in wrestling. It was probably not that much more, but then you have foot ball players asking for millions more and its no big deal.

As someone who was around when the entire incident went down, I can safely say you have no idea what occurred. Ki was told he was putting over Strong. He didn't put up a fight. He had been told by NOAH they had no interest in booking him anymore around that time. He was told he'd also be putting over Jack Evans in Cleveland(where this all went down), but getting his heat back after the finish. During the day Ki went and asked for a significant pay increase to lose to Jack. ROH didn't want to do it but when he balked on leaving they paid him and changed the finish. He was fired a day or two after the show as there was discussion on what to do with him amongst several locker room leaders and ROH officials. His NOAH gig had nothing to do with his shitty attitude and personality.

He probably won't come back to ROH as I am sure that both Cary and Gabe don't want him back. Pro Wrestling NOAH is really the only place I could see him going to for big money.

oh, I had no idea actually on the whole situation. I should haven't said "I know", I was just going off of what I heard from different sides of the story. I have heard mixed reactions of Low-Ki's backstage behaviours.

If NOAH will have him back, I'm sure that's where he'd want to go. I talked to him at an IWA-MS show a while back and he mentioned wanting to go back to Japan, but it not being a possibility at the time because of TNA.

I have this strange feeling in my gut that he's heading back to NOAH.

Jeff, ive been meaning to ask you why Ki can't wresle in NOAH anymore... It's not that he can't or anything. NOAH used him a ton from 2003-2005. They just don't have any interest in using him anymore.
