I have seen this guy ''wrestle'' before he has to be one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. Why do people like this guy?

Figures..... And the fact that you are a mod is even more ming boggling... I dont get how WF lets soo many marks be mods. Are kidding me? First off ZT is a great mod. Secondly, Kingston is a phenomenal performer. This guy can get down dirty with you on the mat or he can go strong style with the best of them. Kingston's biggest attribute are the killer promos he cuts. He is a natural on the mic. He works so well as both a heel and a face and can change within a blink of an eye and so will the fan's reactions. He is damn decent worker in the ring, as he works hard and gives his best every time he is in the ring. Also....he is a hell of a nice guy.

The guy can do a bunch of different styles and actually tell a story in his match rather than "big move, sell for a second, up, big move, sell for a second, up" cycle that plagues a lot of indie guys.
And what's with the ZT Styles comment? Seriously, if I what I said is "trolling" then this was mega ultra mass homicide trolling of some sort.

I do. Kingston is one of my favorites at the moment. Sure, he isn't the most technically sound guy, but he knows how to get you caught up in the emotion of his matches. And most of all, he knows how to tell a story in the ring.

Figures..... And the fact that you are a mod is even more ming boggling... I dont get how WF lets soo many marks be mods. That's funny because you are one of the biggest TNA marks here. Also maybe just maybe it would help if you told us what Kingston match or matches you seen. It's possible you just aren't a fan of strong style wrestling.

Please accept my humblest of apologies for trying to have a little fun with my reply instead of answering in the sincere and serious manner expected of me as a moderator of a board on this forum. I did not realize just how serious this topic was to you, so allow me to provide you with an answer you should find much more suitable. Eddie Kingston is a perfect example of "looks can be deceiving" in that when you first look at him you do not expect the total package that Mr. Kingston can deliver. Eddie Kingston is a master of adaptation. The man can work any style for any company. He can work a fast paced lucha style, or he can slow it down for a good old American Strong Style brawl. Eddie also has the ability to tell a great story through his movements and selling not often seen this day and age when wrestling is much less about stories in matches and more about high spots and popping the crowd, although Eddie can do that as well. Kingston also has an ability to deliver a promo with such emotion that you can't help but be pulled in. Most wrestlers on the indy scene these days can hardly talk in front of a crowd, let alone look into a camera and deliver a passionate and emotionally drawing promo. Simply put, when Eddie Kingston calls himself "the last of a dying breed" he is completely correct. There are very few wrestlers these days that can bring it all together like Kingston, which is why he has such a great following on the independent circuit. Again, I hope that my response has met the high standards expected of me as a moderator, and I again apologize for trying to have some fun here on a message board dedicated to such a serious topic as collectible professional wrestling action figures. -ZT Styles, ECW Moderator

Its funny. I just saw Chikara Anniversario and watched Kingston/Hallowicked that match might have lacked in some pure wrestling....it surely made up in story telling. Chikara has booked this very well. Kingston has carried this story out really well. And Hallowicked is getting more and more over with the crowd. Kingston was ruthless when he tore Hallowicked's mask right off his head and bit off the horn.

Regardless of what people would think in WFWF, due to the pic-base and alittle more... I respect the man, he's in my top 5, lots of heart and tells a great story in his matches. His feud with Hero to me was just as special as Hero's feud with Punk, just different. I think Kingston is probably right now is one of those guys who are easily stars where ever you book them.

I have seen him a few times in JAPW. He isn't a great actual wrestler from what I have seen. But, he is great on the mic. And he tells a good story in the ring with emotion and what not. Hopefully the Blk Out/SST feud gets going with Kingston leading the way for Blk Out.

I'm not going to say I'm his biggest fan, because I've only seen him wrestle like 5 times, but each time he's put on a great match. The guy can sell like no other.

Simply put, he is wrestling. He can do strong style while telling an incredible story. He can sell a move better the Donald trump can sell reality. He can take a risk or 2. His mic work can only be matched by the likes of Ian Rotten and Steve Corino, to name a few. His mat work might not be that of a Bryan Danielson, but he can get the job done. He'll wrestle you to the mat and cross-face the crapout of you.
I believe he is the BEST in the world right now. Danielson may out wrestle him but thats the extent of that. Kingston trumps him (and anyone else for that matter) in every other aspect.
