I say ROH, PWG, Chikara, and IWA-MS are probably the best ones out there today. ROH being my favorite since I attended one of there shows. Can't really go wrong with anyone of them.

New Japan is far better than ROH is this year.
As far as American indies go, ROH doesn't count. They're mainstream now. So that makes PWG the winner by default.

Def. ROH, they have some of the finest talent in the world. In second it would prob. be PWG.

If ROH isn't an indy, then its easily PWG. If ROH IS an indy, then it's ROH, folowed very closely by PWG.

At one point in time I would have said JAPW was gonna storm through the ranks. I think now the big up-and-comer is probably Hybrid Pro in Ohio.
IWA-MidSouth and PWG are definately up there.
ROH is easily the top.
