Sounds like a good show so far. I really hope B-Boy wins. He's had a rough 2006 but he's really had that fire back this year. He's been hitting harder than he's ever hit.

Yeah, he did. I didn't add that in the result. But apparently, Monsta Mack is in CZW? Hm...

I call Joker, as once he got in the semi's it seemed all to likely. Not bad choices though I suppose. What's Ruckus winning the belt mean for CZW?

It means the same thing that it meant for CZW in 2006. He'll be a transitional champion until another one of Zandig's boys is able to have an extended run in the company.
Joker probably won't win unless he's back with CZW. It's interesting that Joker & Reyes are both in this after supposedly defecting to PWU.

Shocking Younger went out first round. Would say the same for Ruckus, but then I read he won the World Title....so that makes sense. I dont like Taylor going out round 1. And I didnt think Jigsaw would be working CZW again, after his last appearance there and the Kingston incident. I really do hope BBoy wins it. Old school CZW at its finest.

All of these matches had to mean it was a long night at the ECW arena.

Yeah, 19 matches on this card? Is Zandig crazy? Uh...rhetorical question.

Overall, this honestly doesn't like too bad of an event, all things considering where CZW was heading just a few months ago.
I'll probably pick this up when it comes out on DVD. The one negative I personally have is Sabian dropping out to an injury and Reefer replacing him.

And The New Age Punisher is denied! So BBoy makes it to 3 BOTB finals and only wins 1? Ugh. Joker won BOTB?!?!?! WTF??!? Great booking Zandig. Real winner here. Younger, Jigsaw, Taylor, Ruckus and ing BBoy and you go with Joker?! What a joke! I am so glad I dont watch CZW anymore.

Uh, have you watched Joker lately? He's been freakin amazing in IWA this year. He's had some great matches against Kingston & Reyes, AJ Styles, Davey Richards as well as turning in a nice performance at the Candido Cup.
Joker is a great choice for this. B-Boy would be a giant step backwards.

B-Boy would be a giant step backwards. Screw that! BBoy is rich in CZW history. He is a great worker that would add some legitamacy to a floundering organization. According to Zandig.....Joker is a turncoat who turned his back on CZW and went to PWU. So much for that. Whether the guy is a decent worker is not being challenged. But when you are talking about a field that included Tornado, Cheech, Jigsaw, Ruckus, Younger, Taylor, Reyes, and freaking BBoy.....sorry, but Joker is not on the same level as those guys. Sabian>Joker

Sabian>Joker Joker is ahead of Reyes, Cheech and Ruckus for sure and Jigsaw and Tornado depending on his opponent. I seriously think you HAVEN'T seen Joker in a long time. If you had, you would have absolutely no problem with him winning this tournament.

Joker circa 2007 is so much better than Joker 2006, who was miles ahead of Joker 2005. Who'dda thunk it? Someone IMPROVING WITH TIME!! what a strange concept. This sounds like a pretty nice tournament. Joker wrestled a hell of a field in route to the finals. Younger, Thomaselli, Vortex, then B-Boy. Of the two, it definately makes a lot more sense for Joker to win it. Showstoppa put it very well. B-Boy is rich with history in CZW. He's won the Iron Man title (twice, but don't quote me on that) and is a former BOTB winner in his own right. B-Boy doesn't NEED to win BOTB. As has been well established in this thread already, "he's ing B-Boy". For Joker to win this shows that Joker is back in CZW and a key player. He defeated Drake Younger the hot shot "it kid" in CZW Death matches, Scotty Vortex, the showcase of CZW's regrowing Junior Heavyweight division, Brandon Thomaselli, who's Brandon Thomaseli (he's kinda a big deal, ya know.. he was on Impact..) and then " ing B-Boy". That really establishes Joker as a key player. I support the move
