If TNA superstars cant work ROH, why does ROH sell TNA DVDs and Merch?

They sell more than that. They sell WWE and TNA dvd's, WWE figs, Noah dvd's and recently I think I read they started selling Mid South dvd's.

All they're doing is re-selling stuff they've bought at a higher price to make a profit.
That's standard for just about any business.
