Is Billy Roc still off the card, even though Ian settled everything?

I'm telling you, that in the last 4 days, the plans have changed and no location is set. There have been problems negotiating with the Chicago venue. I'm not saying that the PPV won't be held there, but can tell you that as of now, the location for the PPV has not been finalized at all.

TNA set out a message via their mobile alert around the same date I gave, the 5th. Now I'll favor what your saying, a venue or location may not be confirmed. But Chicago is confirmed, and the only faux pas is that if it's not finalized than TNA will probably wind up staying in Orlando that month.
More than likely TNA is gonna go forward as they know it's a marketable location, and they've already made public knowledge of it only problem really is that the rumored location.

Only a date has been announced. Actually I was mistaken about the mobile alert. While I can not confirm if they did, I misread and it was actually in regards to a tour of Israel Now as for BFG '07, this is straight from TNAWrestlingNews which is as good as any site to get news with TNA. Basically the end result is TNA isn't rumored to have a show in Chicago. Right now it's confirmed, tickets just aren't on sale yet and honestly it's July and they aren't gonna just jump to October give them till the next PPV to make mention.

It's not confirmed, as TNAWrestlingNews.com is not affiliated with TNA Wrestling. This comes from within TNA Wrestling. The show is not confirmed for Chicago, Illinois.

I did some searching on their site, and they have in fact not given the location. Damn TNA for "confirming" all but where on their site. But really, this argument is jolted, as many of times a location for a show can be confirmed prior to the company putting out a press release or tickets. But I'll give you the nod that TNA hasn't confirmed it. Though in fairness, I'm sure they're not gonna untill the next PPV. Although with no doubt I can assure you it will be Chicago unless they can't book a place to do the show.

TNA is waiting to confirm the city/venue until they...you know...have a city and venue. They don't as of now. Things have changed since July 5, that has been what I told you from the beginning.
