September 12th: We have major news for this Saturday's PPV taping in Chicago. The biggest grudge World Title Match in ROH history has been signed. ROH World Champion Takeshi Morishima will put the belt on the line against former World Champion Bryan Danielson THIS SATURDAY in Chicago. You can now save almost 30% on tickets until tomorrow morning at ROHwrestling.com. As documented in the latest ROH Video Wire, Bryan Danielson suffered a serious eye injury against Morishima during their 8/25 bout in Manhattan and needed emergency surgery. Danielson's doctor told him yesterday that he is recovering quickly and that he will probably be able to wrestle this weekend. Danielson will have one more check up tomorrow just to make sure. However, Danielson said he is feeling great and he wants Morishima back in the ring. Danielson said cannot wait to get Morishima in the ring. Danielson says that Morishima took his vision from him so he will get revenge by ending Morishima's over six month ROH World Title reign. Danielson proved his toughness last year when he wrestled for months with a severely injured shoulder. ROH officials are 100% confident that Danielson is ready to go for this Saturday's epic rematch. We will have more on this bout and another update on Danielson after his latest visit to the doctor in tomorrow's ROHwrestling.com Newswire. It simply doesn't get any bigger than this.

Not that huge, it's happened before. Anyway, should be great, and I wouldn't be too surprised if Danielson won, seeing as Shima will definitely lose on a PPV. But ROH might be having a 3 way including Nigel, so who knows

Oh My Gawd. This is awesome. So glad Danielson is back and recovered so quickly.

A title has to change hands here, it must. Quote me on that. Before i was fully 100% behind Generico and Steen to take the gold, it just looks all set up. Looking at the time Briscoes have had the belt and how the fued is being put together so brilliantly.

However now Danielson could win the World Title looking at the same factors of Shima's length of reign etc. Factor in that the belts will change hands on PPV obviously.

Oh gawd...i dunno. I don't they'd do both of them, don't waste all the title changes on one PPV.

My guess is new Tag champs and three way next PPV where Nigel wins the World title. Well thats what i hope!

I'm surprised they're going with the rematch so quickly, I mean this could have built to Final Battle if they wanted it to. But If Dragon wins, I won't be disappointed. So long as his second reign is not as long or longer than his first.

Even though I still think Nigel will end up with the belt he can't just have another title shot. Morishima will end up beating Danielson which will lead to a three way for the belt at Final Battle.

I don't have a problem with Danielson winning the title. Sure he's had his time but Danielson is the guy ROH is gonna build it's future around and now with ROH on PPV if they wanna show that Danielson is their top guy the best way to do it is give him the belt. I'm sure Nigel will get the belt sometime, in fact he's probably gonna be the one to beat Danielson for it. Right now Nigel is stuck in a mid card feud with Whitmer, Albright & Pearce so I can't see him taking the title just yet.
