Final Battle has a rich history when it comes to title changes, and with or without a back story, the tale of the match would have obviously been a champion in shambles.
There's no denying Nigel's injuries are piling up.
In what should honestly be him honing(?) his skills, and representing the company on a national level, do you think Nigel was set to drop the title to one of his three scheduled opponents (Hero/Dragon/Morishima) or was he in it to win it?

Everyone was only going to see one title change at Final Battle and that was going to be the Briscoes lose. Now that people have officially turned on Nigel they will milk it for all it is worth.

I honestly believe he would have lost that damn belt last night. I honestly wish now they would have stuck the belt on someone else.

i think its to soon for the title change...i wasn't happy with homicide losing the title because it was way to soon.

i think its to soon for the title change...i wasn't happy with homicide losing the title because it was way to soon. They pretty much HAD to put the belt on Morishima, and besides, Homicide sucks for the most part. How does Homicide suck? He was super over at the time he won the belt and fans were dying to see a title change. Dragon was even hurt, wasn't he? You have your own opinion, but your opinion sucks, in my opinion.  |

Morishima and Cide are not the same type of wrestler. It would be hard to compare the two men in my mind.

I'm going to get around to seeing the finale to it, and rewatching some of the stuff I've already seen. I remember Cabana's promo in that feud being crap because he tried being serious. I don't want to see a serious Colt Cabana, I wish they would have left him as the smartass face. |

Joe and 'Cide had a match just shortly after 'Cide won, and from what I heard it wasn't any thing to write home about. An Edison show I don't regret missing. But yeah, I wouldn't say Homicide is one of the best wrestlers. He's charismatic, but it's touch and go. However, he carried ROH. Had TNA not put up the red flag, I guarantee you that Homicide's reign wouldn't have ended when it did. By no means am I saying, either, that Homicide would have beat Morishima. Just 'Cide wouldn't have dropped the belt as abruptly as he did. |

Wasn't that the match where Homicide used multiple lariats to beat Joe? If so, I've seen that match. It sucked.
