My parents ordered from ROH and paid for over night shipping, but the next three days it didn't arrive, so they cal them. The person on the phone said that they had just got back(from where?) and that they would ship the order then, but by now it was late for my brother's birthday, but they shipped it and it came a few days later, but, the point is that they took my parents money for the over night shipping, but didn't send it over night. And they didn't give a refund or anything. Has this happened to any of you guys?

No, but wow. That sucks. I dont think a business can just say "Oh I was gone" if its just a one man operation, you probaly shouldnt be ordering from there.

Yeah, since then we haven't ordered from then again. Now were getting the stuff of Highspots.com, but the problem is they don't get the new stuff until, like, six-months later. |

They had a doubleshot that weekend. They're out of the offices. They ship stuff out when they get back. It's not their fault people don't get that.

Maybe your parents should be more responsible and be better parents and not leave things to the last minute and rely on someone else to solve their problems.

Well, it is ROH responsiblity right, it's their merchandise....and they obviously let this person order their stuff with no notice that it wouldnt be shipped.
ROH is at fault, but it aint that big of a deal, id still take it up if there was no advisement of them being gone.

They had shows last weekend and did not return until Monday. It's not like they didn't tell anyone...
You got your stuff. Just relax. Your parents really should have ordered them earlier if they needed them on time.

I agree man If your going to overnight something then you get it overnight.
I can see that they were out for a couple of day's but when they got back still did not overnight it for you

I know this isn't ROH, but I ordered a game off Target.com under one-day shipping and I got it like three days later. It sucks, I know.

This isn't WWE where you place an order on Monday & it gets shipped. WWE has a crapload of workers doing it. ROH doesn't. They had their shows to do (which you would've known if you followed ROH) & when they got back on Monday it was shipped. You got your stuff so they didn't "cheat you out of money". Also, if they needed it by a certian time they shouldn't have waited to the last minute. |

They put a banner right at the top of the damn site telling you there's shows that weekend, AND there is a section listing all the upcoming shows. All of this, BTW, is on the MAIN PAGE. As SG said, this isn't WWE or even TNA where there are a ton of people working to ship out merchandise. When they have shows, there's NOBODY at their office. |
