I know Tony Hawks Proving Ground is coming out later this year, And the Story mode looks interesting but it just feels like it's still recycled from other Tony Hawk games. To me THUG 1 had the best story mode, Because sometimes it was really tough to get through. I would check out Skate but i dont have a X360 or a PS3. After Proving ground, The next game I honestly think, they need more missions in the story mode, And more levels as well. Kind of make it like GTA (Well not exactly like Grand Theft Auto) but mission-wise, GTA has alot of missions i'm guessing, i think they have 100 or even over that, Thats what the TH series needs, More Challenging missions because i beat THP8 in about maybe 3-4 days, It was that easy. Make a longer story mode, with better storylines for the Character you made, And i think they need to stop using the same storyline of "A small town kid whos got nothing left becomes a skating Icon"
So just post ideas on how you think The Tony Hawk Series should improve.

I agree with that. I do enjoy skating around more than doing missions, but the missions they currently have are pathetic.
More GOOD missions plz.

I didn't play Project 8 or American Wasteland, so I don't know if this changed in those games, but I hated how nothing was to scale with your skater. All the cars were like three feet tall and you didn't need to gain any speed to jump stairs.

Well, for a start they could stoop pumping out a game every year. It's not necessary with a game like Tony Hawk, and all it does is makes tha games blend into each other and have all their super huge changes be not so super huge when compared to the previous game.

Yeah, this is a problem with pretty much every sports game too, although with a sports game its a tad more important to release a game every year I suppose.

I think the Pro Skaters and THUG's were the best. After they kept trying to make new games it all went downhill. I kind-of feel that way with GTA too, how Liberty City and Vice City stories came out, it just felt like additions that werent needed.
