If you're wanting to get into the current product, order the PPV DVD's.

Dragon Gate Challenge and Fifth Year Festival: Finale. DGC has one awesome match after another, Finale has a little of everything- brawling, high flying, incredible pure wrestling, emotion and 2 MOTYC. Man Up has an insane ladder match and is a good show top to bottom, but I don't think it's better than the other 2 shows I mentioned. I've also heard Final Battle 2007 is one of the best shows in history but I haven't seen it yet. So my recomendations are:
- Dragon Gate Challenge ( Now $10 on ROH's site for a limited time only) - Fifth Year Festival: Finale

There's supposed to be a huge sale where alot of good stuff is on sale for $10 bucks a peice at rohwrestling.com. There's not alot of bad ROH stuff. Honestly I've got about 17 or 18 of their dvd's now and I love them all.

Driven was what got me hooked, it's definetley worth checking out; all the matches on the card are excellent.
An older show I really enjoyed was At Our Best; a lot of familiar faces and great matches on that card.

Final Battle 2005: Low Ki vs KENTA Bryan Danielson vs Naomichi Marufuji
4th Anniversary Show: Bryan Danielson vs Jimmy Rave Austin Aries & Roderick Strong vs AJ Styles & Matt Sydal Samoa Joe vs Jay Lethal
Glory By Honor 4: Bryan Danielson vs KENTA Naomichi Marufuji vs Nigel McGuinness
The thing with ROH is that the event will have a 1/2 matches that are must see, the rest of the matches are not essential viewing.
