Muta  ing sucks. I have been saying ever since 2002 that Muto should just drop the whole Muta gimmick for good. |

Muta ing sucks. I have been saying ever since 2002 that Muto should just drop the whole Muta gimmick for good. Well, the Muta gimmick is well known, and brings out a better side of Muto. Not saying the Muto character isn't good, but Muta is alot more vibrant, and has a huge legacy. Dropping the Muta gimmick would be very pointless, and bad in the long run, IMO. |

Shef......give me a brief synopsis of whats going on with Muta currently. Last I saw him, he was teaming with Tajiri in HUSTLE. I assume he still works All Japan. What else is he up to? Any chance he is coming back to America anytime soon? Well Muto is still in AJPW, doing his thing. On (I believe) March 1st, he's teaming with Tanahashi to face Kawada and Taiyo Kea. As for Muta, I don't really know what he's been up to. I THINK the last time we saw Muta was in HUSTLE, so we'll have to see if he pops up in AJPW anytime soon. His most recent portrayal of Muta was 1/4/08... |

Muto isn't really a character. The only good thing the Muta character has going for it is the fact that it has a legacy. Muta had some great matches in the past, but ever since that match with Hashimoto in 2002, I have been sickened everytime I see Muta wrestle. |

but in almost any match that's booked as "Keiji Muto" vs. whoever there's almost always a CHANCE of Muta popping out instead. If Keiji were to announce tommorow that there will never be another Great Muta match ever, his popularity would go on such a downfall.

Disagree. Even though Muta had great psychology in all of his matches, I wont take a match with him over Muto. Muto, throughout his career has had some of the best matches of all time.
