I lift weights once or twice a week, and do carido (Bike and treadmill) twice a week. I also play Ice Hockey 3 times a week. I referee Ice Hockey games anywhere from 2 to 5 times a week.

TRW and I should have a gut-off. Although my gut is considerably smaller than it was 16 months ago... I would have had a fighting chance back then

MUSCLE MILK! HGH! PROTEIN! mainly I work out Not right now chief, I'm in the ing zone. I have a really fast metabolism so its really hard for me to gain weight from eating, so I work out. I try to work out 3-4 times a week. I have been really busy this semester though so I dont always get to work out but once summer starts, I'll be in there 4-5 times a week on a strict schedule and I cannot wait.

Ive been backyarding for 10 years, and that burns A LOT of calories real quick. I also got a weight set down in my basement. Other than that, pretty much nothing, other than just never sitting still. Even if im playing Xbox, or watching tv, ill do sit ups, or lift free weights during commercials, etc..
