MUSCLE MILK! HGH! PROTEIN! mainly I work out POWER BARRRRRRRRRRRSSSSSS! I'm in the worst shape, I wanted to get in reasonably decent shape for the summer but it doesn't look like that's happening.

Footbal, football workouts, basketball, and baseball, I also go to the Y alot. I swear eating at the Y is the only thing that keeps me in shape

I ride my bike Do fitness in the morning at school ( We do 3 laps around the school, and I usally come first ) Have 2 bowls of Special K a day, one for breakfest and the other one at night.
