I'd prefer Hillary, but either way I'd like it.

I hate these hypothetical polls. Only 1 person can represent a party... period.

I hate these hypothetical polls. Only 1 person can represent a party... period. I could respond this most in many ways but I'd almost bet, come November, you won't even vote. The only idea I'm endorsing is, if there was a way to have those two contest the election and not just the primary spot, would you look forward to it? Or would the race not interest you at all? I think many elections see two candidates from differing parties and the interest dwindles. I for one think Clinton-Obama is more fitting of such a race, compared to opting out one for mccain who represents the old boys network and the if it ain't broke, don't fix it, way of politicing.

Someone explain to the scottish guys what both candidates could bring to the white house so he knows whats going on Both are very left leaning (Clinton more than Obama I think) and are of the opinion that Washington can solve people's problems. I'm sorry, but I don't buy into that premise at all.

You know, just reading the comments on all the political threads we have in this forum, I realize what a number the right wing has done on vilifying Hillary Clinton.
I don't agree with a lot of what she has to say, but I am human and won't 100% agree with someone anyways. The thing is, people have this preconceived notion that she's this super liberal and she's more moderate than anything if you ask me.
The Republican party hates the Clinton's SO much because their policies worked (most of of them anyways) in the 90's. They have done nothing but ridicule them in every way imaginable because they fear that success could be reached again and that success stands for everything they despise.
