Recentely this guy has filed a dispute against me out of nowhere was very surprised. He has left me feedback on ebay saying he has got the items yet paypal have given the money back yet while they review this. But I have looked around and don't know how to contact them to tell them this? The guy has now unregistered from ebay but his feedback to me and mine back to him is still there. any ideas people? He received items around 10th December so this is completely out of the blue. Thanks

(Means PayPal will decide in your favour) Try calling paypal - you'll get better response. Go to PayPal.com and at the bottom it says contact us.
