yeah was just playing bud
a bit of fast food every now and then wont kill you, if ur doing well on ur diet no harm in pigging out on some garbage every once in a while

well...they could have been from lunch, as mcdonalds breakfast ends at 10:30 doesnt it? So he could have gotten up at 8, had breakfast and went and had lunch at 11:30 (early lunch). do you guys even think before you post. Its ok mate, dont worry they were just mcnuggets. Fast food once a week while on a proper diet is fine.
