It's not a waste, it's safer, purer water than the tap.

My tap water tastes like shit. No joke. If I'm ever going to drink water plain, it's gotta' be out of a bottle.

I don't drink tap water often. I very much so prefer bottled.

I never drink water so it doesn't really effect me, although I do have to say bottled is better than tap water.

It's not a waste, it's safer, purer water than the tap. As hulkamaniac already stated. Most bottles waters are just repackaged tap water. As far as safer. Not by a longshot. There are only a few bottled waters that are actually pure water. Fiji being one. Ice Mountain being another.

Nah, it gets me to actually drink water. I'm fairly lazy, so its easier to grab a bottle from the fridge than get a glass from the tap... plus, tap water tastes terrible. Bottled water is cheap if you buy it in bulk... I get 24 bottles for like 3.99 in jersey. Woah-oh... livin' on a prayer. I thought this thread said is it "a waste"... its not literally waste, because it tastes good... if its waste, I want to drink waste the rest of my life. Tap water comes out ing cloudy and brown sometimes... I'll take the bottle.

It's not matter of safety - it's a matter of convenience.

I drink bottled water because the water around here has too much chlorine in it so I dont think its a waste
