Castro hasn't appeared since his surgery? Honestly I think Castro died inn surgery, it just never got out. He would never just give up reign of his country, it's not him. Also being he hasn't made an appearance since surgery it all seems fishy to me.

And none of them have anything to do with Castro's stepping down. He can say it happened during his Presidency, but I hope he doesn't play it up as him being the one to finally get rid of him. |

My guess is that the man is near the end of his life and just can't handle running his country anymore. |
