Demonstration speech help.

So, tomorrow in my Oral Communications class, it's very likely I'll have to give a demonstrative speech (I could get pushed back to Tuesday depending on the number of people that get done, but that's not really the point.)

The thing is, I have no topic. All I have to do is give a demonstrative speech that's between five to seven minutes long. Plus, it's a college class, so I doubt I can ramble on about the nuances of making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for that long and still pass.

So, yeah, I've been completely without any ideas of what to do. The first set of speeches in my class were

- a Spanish lesson
- how to make a scrap booking page
- how to make some fake flowers or something (that speech blew)
- how to make some weird peanut butter snack thing (way too short/bad a speech)

So yeah, anything that's fairly basic/easy would be awesome, since this class is not to my like.
