Making ripoff Jackass videos? Wachting on mtv's 24 hour jackass thing made me remember some old tape videos of mine and realized they were totally gay, like not even funny. You ever do this? Got them on youtube or myspace? Oh the memories.

I did alot of craplike that before jackass was created. I never filmed it because it was just funny to me and my friends and thats about it.

My friends, decided it would be a good idea to run and jump into a brick wall  and film it on their phone/cameras, i didn't participate but BAH GAWD, you must be dumb to do craplike that tbh. |

I personally didn't do anything like that, but I filmed it once or twice. I would sometimes have a digital camera along with me while hanging out with friends. On occasion one of my friends, who is a dumbass by the way, would jump into a tree, and climb up and subsequently fall of a chain link fence near our high school. Good times. I still have the videos on my old computer, I occasionally watch them and laugh.

I love making movies with my friends, and yes, they are stupid. But we don't do 'stunts' and stuff, they're usually just random comedies we throw together as we go. We made one about being addicted.... Egh. It was too stupid, I'll just stop.

When I was a teenager my friends and I did a lot of crazy shit. We actually did film a lot of it. It's actually still pretty funny to watch. We didn't quite do anything much like jackass. But we just goofed off. I think it's the pointless conversation on the videos that cracks me up these days. |

Yeah I watched that.. bought back some memories. We used to do alot of dumb stuff back then but never really filmed it. Last year we did form a group called Co3 which did some jackass type things and had a website we posed the videos on. We actually got pretty popular locally but we eventually just gave up.

In autum of '06, Jackass Number 2 was very popular in my clique of friends... I bore many gay videos as a child of that.
In summer '03, my brother made a HUGE jackass ripoff project, but it was on tape and he was getting older and pretty much dropped it. It was funny, though, and I'm thinking of starting another project. Filmed some yesterday with some folks, and we did stuff that was real and actually hurt. And I watched the Jackass stuff in the morning, to, which inspired me to bring my camera to my friends house and say "hey, lets make a movie!"

Thanks for sharing, James W. Enderson and Dr. Angus Customs. Pretty fun eh? I like JW's they flowed well and were edited good, to. Sound was also nice, but Angus Customs's was ok. Any more? |
