So I had a guy from ebay purchase an item from me. I shipped it to him and he claims he didn't get it. I have a tracking number that shows he received it at the address he gave me. He responded by leaving positive feedback that said, "Item never shipped, total waste of money." Is there anyway I can get this removed because it's grossly inaccurate? I furnished him with the tracking number, but he apparently doesn't care.

i think the only way feedback on ebay can be removed or changed is by a mutual agreement and contacting ebay. I left feedback recently for replicawrestlingbelts that was negative cause he sent me the wrong item. Any other way i dont think you can just click a button and change it. Not 100 percent sure though. I would check and see if Ebay has a FAQ section

I believe you can actally start a dispute in the dispute console. I remember once seeing an option for the dispute over feedback. Otherwise contact ebay because i know sellers are able to respond to incorrect feedback.

You can agree to mutually remove it.
I don't understand - he left you a positive feedback claiming the item never arrived?

You can agree to mutually remove it. I don't understand - he left you a positive feedback claiming the item never arrived? Yeah. He left positive feedback but instead of saying the typical, "great seller, good item, blah blah blah" he said. "item never arrived, total waste of money."

if it's positive I wouldn't worry about it. It won't effect your feedback % in a bad way. It's not like someone reads every single positive feedback. If it was negative I would get pissed. Just write something under the response to his feedback like, "Huh?" and provide the tracking number. Something that shows you don't know where he's coming from with his comment.

He left positive feedback but instead of saying the typical, "great seller, good item, blah blah blah" he said. "item never arrived, total waste of money." I've accidentally done that. I forget to click negative and leave positive checked and then write negative comments.
