All of our lawyers at work use them. The battery life for them goes quick, and the trackball sometimes have issues. Otherwise, they are pretty solid.

I never had a problem with it but the battery goes out very quick. I recommend charging it every night before you go to sleep. Also it does take time getting used to it.

i had the 8100 when it first came out. pretty solid phone. bought the edge (internet data plan). Surf online and used google maps for directions. comes in handy, but like people said, batter life goes out fast. i charged it every night. internet was kinda slow, camera quality is terrible for 1.3 megapixels. i don't know about that new pearls that are out. but other than that, it was sleek and slim and it takes some time to get use to.

i love mine. i don't have a problem with the battery life, but then again i always charge my phone whenever possible just to have the full bar. the camera isn't the best but if you know how to change the settings to match the environment that you're in, you can get good pictures. the keypad is only too small if you have huge sausage fingers aka wf member lftm. theres some pretty cool crapyou can put on it as well. one of the coolest things i found was the ability to change the color of your trackball. i don't know how these pics turned out since my computer monitor's colors are ed but i changed my trackball to light up green:

no, it has two letters on each key, qwerty is when each letter has its own key.

I'd check out the HTC Touch and Cruise, pretty cool phones and it's nice to have wifi.
