Well I had finals today, had a few laughs with my friends. Played some video games, and all around enjoyed life. That's when my mom called. Apperantly my dog passed away last night due to GDV(gastric dilatation-volvulus). I've known that dog since I was 8, and I'm at a total loss for words. When my sister told me they buried her with a slice of pizza I broke down. Apperantly, GDV is common in Weimaraners, a breed of dogs. I'm not only in total shock, but I'm worried for my other dog, here at my house who is also a weim. I had to get that off my chest.

When my dog dies, I will probably go on a homocidal rampage the likes of which has never been seen.

Oh man, I am so sorry to hear that. I had a dog when I was little, but I remember him very little. My new dog, Buster, who I met when my mom met her fiance (they're from Canada, and met through work), is just the cutest thing ever. He's 8 years old though, and he was hit by a truck a few summers ago, and when everyone thought he was going to die, my mom's fiance took him into the house and eventually he was alright. Now he's pretty healthy, but just old if you know what I'm saying. I love him to death and I can't imagine him not being around. His favorite food is cheese. Ahaha. I will probably put some cheese next to him and a picture of me, my mom and her fiance, when he passes. I really don't like to think about it, though.
