i have a habit of staying up too late and not getting much sleep. What should i do?

Drink a lot. Then, you'll be inclined to go to bed earlier. For instance, I usually stay up till 2am at the weekends, but because I was drunk last night, I only stayed up till midnight.

Go to bed and sleep at 9pm or 10pm. And woke at the next morning. But when you're in the bed, DO NOT use TV or Laptop or whatever, just in bed and sleep.

yeah, i've always had trouble sleeping/staying up too late the best thing to do is to set yourself a regular time to go to bed AND get up. and stick to it every day. sounds simple, but i've found it's basically the solution. and when you go to bed don't do anything except sleep. and make sure the room is dark too. if you want to do anything else in bed finish it before bedtime. i don't always take my own advice tho i'm just a rebel at heart i guess ;D

I used to be that way. Then when I started working and got a little older I had no trouble falling asleep. Now I have a habit of falling asleep. I can rarely make it through a movie any later than midnight.
