Today in PE it was card day. On card day you have 4 choices either Run 2 miles, Swim 20 laps, Fitness Center, Aerobics. And when you do all of them at least twice you get rewards you get to play basketball and dodegball. So today to complete my card I had to swim. Trust me swimming is horrible, when you go into the locker room their's wet cold brown water thats just so nasty. So when I mean you have to swim 20 laps it really 40 because you have to swim the long and you have to go all the way to the end and then come back to complete one lap. So im doing good in swimming only 2 laps to go for me and I get Cramps in both my feet! Ah the pain was so bad so I got out of the pool and told I cant do any more and she said All right. But when I get my Card back I GOT NO CREDIT so No Rewards for ME!  Just because I couldnt finish the last 2 laps! And man I had those horrible Cramps! so no I have to do it all over  This makes me so mad. So do you guys have to swim? and do you guys have something like me a Card Day? |

You must have a bastard strict school. yah their mean as hell! Hell I got suspended just because I was marked Absent for Gym last week and I was their! The dumb Sub marked me absent! |

I have never heard of a school with swimming as something to do in gym class. But wow man, It's really that bad? It sounds like fun

So you have rewards for doing work in PE? Wow are you all like mutant human/dog combinations? Getting rewards for doing normal behavior. Stupid. Get over it.
Try doing swimming class when you can't swim or running for an entire class period(as your final) when you have asthma. Both present really big challenges. I got through both, I can swim better but not enough to save my life.

we excerisise three days a week then theres fitness testing but we still play basketball or dodgeball or other games atleast once a week

Just tell them, that because you already did it that you wont do it again. Cause a huge uproar, get it on the news and let it break out that the school is treating you like animals, that'll show em.

Out of that list, go with Fitness. I didn't mind it in our PE lessons.

When I was in school EON's ago (not really; just 12 years ago), it was mandatory to take gym and we got graded only if we dressed out or not. We had Swimming class, Weight lifting class, Aerobic class, Archery class, and basketball class. We had a choice of what class we took each quarter, but we had to have all of them finished to get credit for it on our report cards at the end of the year. If you dont dress out; it gets marked as an incomplete, and you have to repeat the class. If you do dress out, you automatically get an A.
At one time I had 3 gym classes per day. I refused to dress out for swimming and aerobic class. For one Im deathly afraid of deep water, and two I had difficulty doing push ups for aerobics class. So in order for me to graduate after being dianosed with Muscular Dystrophy; I had to enroll into an alternative school which didnt require gym, and was only 1/2 days.

Why didn't you do aerobics? It's easy compared to the rest of the choices.

I used to have swimming in PE, but thankfully I've completed swimming, so I don't have to do it anymore.
