I sent my lap top into them a month ago, because of a problem with the screen it was having. At first they seemed really quick to help out and fast to respond. But they have had my computer for a full month now, and all I have got was a phone call 2 weeks+ ago saying it would be minorly delayed. I don't know much on computer repair, so maybe this is something normal in waiting long? Or if they are just bad and take a long time with stuff?

i have. my moniter broke and had to send it in. it was one of the worst experiences ever. pretty much because we got a warrenty with circuit city, but cercuit city told us to take it up with HP, since theyre the ones with the hardware. we have no proof of perchases from HP, so all the time while theyre askin for a warrenty for them, all i have is stuff from circute city, which is basicly the same thing. LONG story short, we faxed them recipts and they had no choice but to repair our moniter. (in the end, they ended up sending a bigger moniter than we had before . well yes i can tell you it does take a while and they do take their time in the process. lucky for me we got a hold of a small moniter to hold us over till the new one came. they must have taken like over a month or two before we got it back.
