Yeah so Machine Head and Hellyeah are coming to some small venue in Charleston. Problems are: Parents can't stand metal, even if they agree it is on a Tuesday. I have school that week. So any advice.

Beg your parents and tell them it will be your christmas and birthday presents rolled into one! (even though you know it wont be)
Start now though.. so they know you're desperate. Go for sympathy though. if they feel bad then they'll let you go.
Also try to get with a group of friends to go or just get someone who is older than you who can play the "responsible person" of the group.

Your parents are never going to let you go to a concert dude. Seems like you ask something like this quite often. It's not happening.

Tell them it's a charity concert that you organized. All the time booking a 9,000 seat arena, working out a budget so that food and parking is only $5, and merch only $20 - they'll practically have to let you go.

no but honestly, just tell your parents that you want to have fun and that you never do and that this is the concert of a life time. just whine really. do chores or something. thanks god i never had that problem.

All these suggestions, from doing chores, right down to whining, are all wicked metal.
Obviously, at 14, you've done nothing to put the trust in your parents to let you go on your own. At 14, I went and bought my ticket, got a ride into Boston from a friend's dad, and the two of us spent a great day out in the sun enjoying the likes of Nothingface, Hatebreed, Slayer, and yes, Kevin, even your buddies Slipknot. I came home a little sore, and nothing more.
There is nothing dangerous about a Machinehead and Hellyeah concert, short of the brain damage you'll sustain from listening to that kind of music.
Any convincing your parents need is a direct result of your own demonstration of your ability to handle such a situation.

Avoiding the school, go to Concert So your parent will think your at the school, usually if your parent drop you off at school.
