Well I've never tried it to be honest.
However,
My cousin works out a bit, not a lot or anything. he exercises but he isn't a fitness fanatic.
He eats raw eggs every single day of the week. He has them first thing in the morning, and again around 5 or 6 in the evening. He's been doing this for years, and he never once had a problem or got any kind of ludicrous diseases.
If you ask me, I'm sure the benefit is there. Otherwise nobody would do it. According to my cousin, they make you energetic and feel fuller, so you wont eat as soon after as you would if you had cooked eggs.
I wouldn't listen to doctors on things like this anymore. It seems that these days everything is bad for you in some way or another. A couple of days ago on the radio i heard them saying that it was scientifically proven that sitting for long lengths of time can kill you. If thats been scientifically proven, then I'm not gonna believe everything i hear or read.
I am actually going to try the whole raw egg deal in the morning. It sounds interesting and there's obviously a benefit from it if people still do it. Besides, I doubt Stallone made it up. Probably made it famous, but im sure people were doing it before Rocky hit the cinemas.

It's been scientifically proven that 100% of people who shop at Wal-Mart will die...

You really shouldn't even be eating raw eggs. You know how badly sick you could get from eating it? if you want protein just eat egg whites You do know that your stomach core temperature is 120 degrees? meaning that the egg will be somewhat solid before going into the small intestine, also meaning theres absolutely 0 chance of getting sick from it unless they were old or bad. as long as they come straight from the refrigerator it`s fine to eat raw eggs.
