I just fixed my laptop like a week ago. I need word on it, b/c for some odd reason it doesn't have it.
Question is, do any of you know of a free download place for it?

Illegal Substance or Illegal Activity Discussion Drug talk, or talk of any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Positive statements warning against illegal activities are allowed. This includes the posting of links and/or discussion relating to other sites which would include adult content, hack sites, warez sites, and related.

Have you been to the official site of Microsoft looking for a free download? You know what you'll find for free? A demo. Because it's part of Office. You know, the 100 dollar program that Microsoft offers up. So asking for a free copy of Word is asking for an illegal copy of word.

Openoffice.net or something like that, just like Office It's .org, not .net. And yes, MS Word is not freeware. Why anyone would think anything by Microsoft would be freeware is b eyond me.

Get MS Word 2003. It's way better. All of 2007's auto-indents and stuff piss me off.
