Yeah so I am so far the only one in my current one man band. But I am fixing to record some stuff soon, see my effects pedal has a drum set setting in it so I can jam to that. It also records so I am planning on doing vocals. But how do I get my voice to sound raspy?

Try to take lessons if you actually want to know, which is a longshot... it's not like we can tell you what to do. Half of this site is going to laugh at you. It's gotten to the point where you ask us to help you do something every day.
But your best bet is to wait until you hit puberty. Not many 13 year olds have great "raspy" singing voices.

I just kinda...Got raspy on my own. Never smoked, or anything.
You can switch between normal, raspy, high-pitch, etc. I don't know how to explain it - - I just do it.

Just sing really out of your range. Eventually it will up your voice enough, to where it perma-raspy.

One thing I've found that helps is to eat something thick. Such as a thick tomato sauce, chocolate (reese's does the trick) People ask how my voice got to be raspy and that was how I used to do it, eventually it just permanently got like this. Now I can do the W. Axl Rose voice to a tee.

Just scream randomly until you start to lose your voice. There's raspy.

I'm a firm believer in the idea that nobody can be "taught" how to sing. Singing lessons or not.
