This is the governments masterplan to end the human race by way of impossible recreation thanks to its vigourous endorsement of a growing cluster of pseudo-harmless mental disorders.
It's just going too far. This people for the most part just want to be treated like the rest of us, and don't want to be shown to stand out.
Having Arnold Schwarzenegger as governor is basically proof that Cali's gone to the dogs anyway.

Teaching tolerance?!?!?! GOOD GOD! Seriously it's not forcing ANYTHING on kids, as Henry Rollins put it towards gay marriage "The world's evolving, evolve with it or get the  out of the way." The only problem is that conservative parents who choose to teach their kids that these things are bad in life. This isn't saying they're trying to make kids gay, they're trying to teach kids to be more open so that they can try to be comfortable in life and not seen as weirdos or outcasts. Not a big deal, that website is clearly ran by a conservative group that's trying to skew the facts. I read the bill when this first was announced, not that bad. It's mainly saying that no longer will kids be told that families consist of a mom and dad exclusively, but that there are kids with two dads or two moms or two dads(one of which used to be a mom) or two moms(one of which used to be a dad), etc. The rest of the bill is saying kids can use whatever bathroom they feel comfortable using. Which for the most part, if you've got a dick, gonna use the one with a urinal, easy access. Is it possible a sexual harassment case could arise? Yes, but I'm sure they've though of many ways they could get in trouble and schools are making sure nothing bad will truly come of it. I don't get why having a more open school system, teaching kids to be more open to lifestyles is a bad thing. |

I don't know about the bathroom thing, but teaching kids at an early age about same-sex families is anything but harmful. It's not like they're being sexual about it in the physical act, they're just explaining that some families might consist of 2 moms or 2 dads, and that people shouldn't be ashamed of having that alternative situation at home. It's not like you have to go over the details of that...it's only planting the seeds.
I just think there's a stigma with most people when they hear the word 'homosexual'. It was such a taboo thing for many generations and only recently has it eased up. Even my generation had the bulk of mindless drones saying demeaning homosexual slurs for everything they didn't like. craplike that needs to stop and this is a step in the right direction.

Whatever, California is the land of fruits and nuts anyways, this doesn't surprise me. This is going to get challenged in the courts and never happen, but this is not something that needs to be taught to our children. I'm sorry, but if you want your kids to learn about this stuff, then you teach it to them. If I had children, I wouldn't want them learning about deviant behavior. If you're going to go this far, you might as well teach children that people who have sex with animals are normal too.

Stupid "Governator". I swear he was the worst choice we could have made on our govna'. Well, I have nothing to say. It is ok, because they're saying that they don't want people to think that's wrong, even though it is a sin, for people that believe in god. But don't accuse us of being the same way. (Im from cali) Our governor is a intellectually- disabled person, and is not from California. If he is he's a disgrace
to our state. I hate him being governor and he should be voted off.... 'Nough said.

The thing is, at that age, "girls have cooties." So regardless of what "should" or "should not" be taught as "right or wrong," this will do nothing but further the whole "girls are gross" thing in the minds of all these dumb kids. I say if you want kids to go to school, teach them ABC's, 123's, math and english (for God's sake, teach them ENGLISH). Leave everything else for HOME. If you want to teach your kid about the fact that his Dad was really a mom, leave that crapat home. All the kids who have a NORMAL household don't need to hear about it.
