Do what I've been doing since the fiancee and I split, just stop dating. Take some time for yourself, your school/job/whatever, and your family and friends. I can't tell you how nice the last few months have been with no headaches, no arguing, no fighting, and no bull ****... and actually having money for myself. As much as I sometimes wish it could have turned out differently, I wouldn't go back. Yeah, I mess around occasionally... but being single is pretty  in wonderful right now. You had a fiancee? I would've never known. Take that time to be single, man. Enjoy it. (But, you know that already) While we're young, we should just have the chance to do whatever we want, without a care about relationships. I've only known a certain girl for three weeks, and we fought it out today. I swear I wasn't gonna make it to work. That's the kind of **** that just has to be let go. Yeah, me and her were off and one for eight years, and I'm only 22, in March I'll be 23... I don't know man, at this age I decided I really just want to be myself, live my life my own way, and have all the fun I can - if I meet the right girl, that's cool with me, what happens happens, but I won't lose sleep over wanting to find it. |
